By using FixAtSix™ and its service ("Service") you affirm to be at least 18 years of age and to use a mobile device registered in your name. You agree to receive social invites and other alerts and communications sent by FixAtSix.com or its users via SMS ("Short Messaging Service", also known as "Text") or MMS ("Multimedia Messaging Service"), as well as E-mail (if applicable). Standard messaging fees may apply. You fully understand and agree that your use of Service is done voluntarily at your own discretion and as such, you assume full risk from doing so.

You understand that in some circumstances some SMS/MMS notifications may be delayed or queued by your cellular network. You agree that FixAtSix™ is not responsible for such delays, queuing or any other issues associated with transmission of SMS/MMS notifications. You understand that you can instantly cancel your account by texting "CANCEL" to 3072224007 from mobile phone registered with your FixAtSix™ account. Your data may remain on our servers indefinitely.

You understand and agree that: FixAtSix™ and Service are provided on a "free of charge", "as is" and "as available" basis. FixAtSix™ and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, with respect to the service, the websites, and any third party websites with which they are linked.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FixAtSix™, its owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from your use of Service.

USER POLICY

Inviting party agrees to fully cover the dining bill, including tips. Invited party is entitled to a 2-course meal + one beverage. A restaurant reservation by the inviting party is required. Both parties understand that a social invitation and/or participation is a no-string attached transaction between two adults and it is done voluntarily at their sole discretion and risk and that FixAtSix™ is not responsible for outcome of such transaction(s). Repeated failure to attend accepted meeting(s) and/or repeated cancellations and/or failure to comply with Terms and Conditions may result in your account permanent removal.

PRIVACY POLICY

FixAtSix™ puts your privacy as Top Priority. Your mobile number or e-mail will NEVER be shared with or sold to any third party. Furthermore, FixAtSix™ users will not have access to your phone number or e-mail address. FixAtSix™ strongly advises to never disclose your private information, such as your phone number or email to any FixAtSix™ user. FixAtSix™ is not responsible for any concequences following an event where you voluntarily opt to disclose your private personal information.
